The Simonton Studio is managed by Pam MacKenzie. The condo was fully renovated in 2004 and the kitchen area features granite countertops, full size kitchen appliances, including fridge, stove and microwave. The condo has air conditioning and free wifi is provided. There is a king size bed and flat screen TV, tiled floor, and a seating area with two chairs and a coffee table with pop-up top that lifts to dining height. The bath  has a large tiled shower with glass door.  Outside you have another table and two chairs as well as a shared gas grill.

This is a pet friendly accommodation for an additional $15 per night.

This studio condo is very well located in a small condo complex of only six units a block and half from Duval St and is within walking distance of many restaurants, a CVS pharmacy, a health food store and all the shops and galleries of Duval St.  This is very much a “live like a local” accommodation.  The use of two bicycles is included with this rental.


Fort Zachary Taylor State Park Beach

This is a great location for events such as Fantasy Fest, the Superboat Races and the Parrothead Festival.
